Christopher A. Kristoff was born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut. He obtained his B.A. from Alfred University in New York and his J.D., cum laude, from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he was a member of the Law Review.

Mr. Kristoff concentrates his legal practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, litigation, and residential real estate. He is admitted to the bars of the states of Connecticut (1985) and Utah (2009) and is a member of the American, Connecticut, Utah, and Greenwich Bar Associations.

Mr. Kristoff has been providing legal services to the Greenwich community for the past 25 years, and prior to becoming Counsel to Ivey, Barnum & O'Mara, LLC in 2010, he was with Johnson, Kristoff & Hogeman of Greenwich, a firm which he co-founded.

His many activities in the community range from coaching town-sponsored sports programs and Greenwich Blues hockey to Board positions with the Byram Archibald Neighborhood Center, Old Greenwich Riverside Community Center, Sacred Heart Church, and Innis Arden Golf Club. An avid golfer and skier, Mr. Kristoff continues to compete athletically on various sports teams across town.

Mr. Kristoff and his wife Nancy reside in Old Greenwich. Their son Michael is a filmmaker in Los Angeles.
