Our Residential Real Estate Department is experienced in assisting clients throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties and New York City in their residential real estate transactions, from the first-time home purchaser to the sophisticated developer. We assist clients in the mortgaging and refinancing of their properties and are approved closing counsel for many lenders, including being the primary Connecticut counsel for mortgage closings for three of the Northeast's major banks.
