Ryan S. Tougias represents parties in complex civil and commercial litigation in federal and state courts and in alternative dispute resolution. He handles a broad range of matters, including business disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, labor and employment, creditors' rights, bankruptcy related claims, and other claims.

Prior to joining Ivey, Barnum & O'Mara, LLC, Ryan served as a legal research clerk to the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court. While in law school, Ryan was an extern with the United States Department of Justice, U.S. Trustee Program, and interned with the United States House of Representatives Committee on Ways & Means.
